Promoting self-love, self-care and mental health awareness.

As I become more seasoned as a designer, I'm drawn closer to the mental health field by bringing more awareness to the topic into my work.

Back in 2024, I created a mental health campaign by launching my mental health designs on hoodies and tote bags available in my shop on my website. I am now refreshing that campaign and working towards an even bigger mission by getting these comfy sweat sets & t-shirts into mental health facilities, institutes, hospitals etc. The current gowns patients are given are commonly paper thin and basically see-through, leaving patients feeling even more vulnerable than they already are.

Raise your hand if you've ever been personally victimized by mental health.

*gently raises hand *

But who hasn't, really? That's why I'm passionate about bringing it to the surface more by promoting and advocating for self-care, self-love and overall mental health awareness.

One thing I want to share more of is free, simple tips & tricks for supporting your own mental health as I learn them myself.

For example/ ways to cope with bad news:

  • coloring, drawing, painting, etc. You don't need to be good, just let yourself create!

  • sing, dance, playing an instrument or listening to music in general, music is art and art is therapy(:

  • exercise, yoga/stretching, walking outside, moving your body is a simple tool yet most take for granted every single day.

  • call/text/WRITE/visit a friend

  • cook your favorite meal or learn a new skill / hobby– like cooking!

  • write a letter to your younger self. I still have yet to do this.

Please don't hesitate to reach out by sending me a message if this resonated with you or just to chat in general.

Please do something kind to yourself today and know that you are never alone.

You are more important than you think.

With love,
